BYLAWS AND POLICIES

The association's present bylaws were approved by the Phi Beta Kappa Senate in 2005.

The Board of Directors updated the Association’s Policies (i.e., its operational guidelines) in March 2004. This document is not voted on bythe general membership and is currently being used in the administration of our organization.
